Tween Balance Program
11-14 years Grounding and Balancing
In these years of change, growth and self discovery, tweenagers may experience phases of low self-esteem, lack of confidence and overwhelm.
It can be challenging for them to navigate their emotions and thoughts.
Using a combination of Reiki, Guided Visualisations and Gentle Breathwork techniques, these sessions lighten the mind and body as they help release negative emotions and thoughts.
The result is the child feeling positive with a healthy self-esteem and a balanced sense of self-awareness. The sessions are accompanied with homework where the child is asked to practice the taught breathwork and may be asked to keep a specific journal.
The breathing techniques are tools to help reduce anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. Reiki can be delivered hands-on or hands-off as per the preference and comfort of the child.
- 6 x 50 minute sessions
- 1st 3 sessions weekly
- 4th & 5th bi-weekly
- 6th 3-4 weeks after the 5th session – as required.
