How Reiki works…
Reiki Healing is a Japanese healing modality that works with your own vital energy. It can be performed hands-on, hands-off as well as distantly. Through this healing, energy blocks within you are release to allow your energy to flow optimally to keep you in a state of well-being. Your energy is balanced, synchronising your mind, body & soul.
My Reiki packages are tailored to the individual needs of my clients. Some sessions may include a guided meditation some pranayam techniques that you can build into your daily self-care routine.

Synchronising TWO Hearts while each of you receive your own individual healing. A wonderful, indulgent treat for couples at any stage and every phase of your relationship. Before you embark on your marital journey, renewing vows, need for reconnection, or a Valentine treat!
In this session, each individual receives Reiki Healing and then the energy between the two of you gets healed, reconnecting the bond and rekindling the sparkle.
These sessions are held at The Kailash Centre in St. John’s Wood, NW8. Like all Reiki healing, you receive healing fully clothed. You have a choice of receiving healing hands-on or hands-off.
